FULFILLMENT SHIPPING & RETURNS

Fulfillment and Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping will directly follow processing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delays in shipping and issues with tracking accuracy may exist with USPS, UPS, and other carriers due to problems that are outside of our control.

**We DO NOT offer international shipping at this time.**

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy lasts no more than 30 days. If 30 days have gone by from the date of purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All discs must be unthrown, and in it's original bag. 

To return your product, you should mail it to: 1100 Waverly Avenue, Muscle Shoals, AL 35661, United States.

SBF Discs is not responsible for the cost to send the package back, in order to complete the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We will only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a similar item, send us an email at sbfdiscs@gmail.com, and send your item to: 1100 Waverly Avenue, Muscle Shoals, AL 35661, United States.

If you are shipping an item over $70, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
